The following dogs and puppies are available for adoption. All dogs will be spayed or neutered, and have vaccinations and rabies shots appropriate for their age before adoption. We reserve the right to deny any adoption application.

Maggie: Lab Mix, 72 lbs.,(she's overweight right now) 2 yrs. old, spayed. Maggie loves to play with toys. She's good with other dogs and good on a leash. She's very affectionate, and people oriented. Call Cindy at 970-353-1385. | |

Buddy: Collie/Setter
Mix Hi! My name is Buddy and I am a sweet guy (they say I’m some kind of collie and setter mix). I’m 4
1/2 years old and have been neutered, so I get along really well with other dogs. This last year my owner had to move and couldn't find a place that would let him have a dog. But his mom (my grandma) is letting me stay with her until they can find me a new home.I will be a wonderful friend, I know how to sit, and shake, and my grandma even makes me get my paws wiped when I come in the house. I’m a good listener. I am used to staying outside when the big people go to work but I sleep really good inside at night. There is a lot of me to love, I’m pretty big – grandma says I make her feel safe. Some of my favorite things are playing outside, running when I get to go to the country, walking with a leash, and riding in vehicles. I’m easy to take care of and I only eat dog food, ever since I was little no one would give me “people” food…….I wonder why. I am black with a ting of brown in my coat and a small white spot under my chin. My coat is wavy and the hair on my legs and tail are feathered, again, I don’t know why they call it that – I’m not a bird! I would love a home where someone is home all day, or has another dog that can be my friend. Missy: Belgian Malinois 2
yrs. old, wil be spayed 40 lbs.
Knowledge of this breed is very important. When the foster home
first encountered Missy she was very scared of people. She has made
improvements but will need a home that is dog experienced and has a lot of

Isabelle: Shar Pei/Aussie Mix, 2 yrs. old, 50 lbs. spayed. If you are intrigued by the Shar Pei breed, Izzie would be a great companion. This is a very sweet dog, highly affectionate. She is ok with most dogs, likes to ride. She doesn't have Shar Pei skin or eye issues. She has very a very soft coat. Would prefer a home with another dog. She and Isaac were dumped in the country, the farmer who found them would have kept them because he absolutely loved them, but he already had a dog and couldn't keep 2 more. Isaac: Shar Pei/Black
Lab Mix, 2 yrs. old 45 lbs., neutered. If you are intrigued by the

Lewis: Border
Collie/Husky Mix, 4 yrs. old 40 lbs. Lewis is good with cats and kids but should be the only dog. He shows signs of being housebroken. He is affectionate, kind of shy at first and prefers women. Call Jamie at 970-466-7387.

Mix is 9 yrs old, 45-50 lbs., spayed, housebroken. She loves attention and loves to play ball. She belongs to an older gentleman who is very ill and can no longer take care of her. Roscoe is a Great Dane Mix 4 - 4 1/2 yrs. old 80lbs. He needs someone who will give him lots of constructive exercise, such as walking or running. Would do better in a home with another dog. He listens well, comes when called (really well!) and is generally easy going as long he has had exercise. He walks well on the leash with a gentle leader. Chester: Basenji Mix,
(looks like a Basenji but not sure what he is) 2 1/2 yrs. old,
48 lbs.
Chester is a very energetic dog. Chster learns quickly and will make a
great walking companion, and is very attentive on a leash. He is
great with other dogs. He will need a home that gives him as much
attention as he will give them. He knows the sit command. We would like him to go to a home with another dog. Call
